• intimidating behaviors • workplace bullying • sexual harassment • inflexible work hours • no time for breaks • shortened lunches • longer working hours
A small amount of stress can be a positive motivator for some people and then other workers are negatively affected by stress. Prolonged amounts of daily stress are not normal and can cause chronic and serious stress related illness. This list is not inclusive and I'm sure there are many more causes of workplace stress.
